About Me
Hello! I am glad you found me.
I am a highly experienced and qualified English teacher (PGCE with QTS). I teach in various settings including mainstream, SEND schools, PRU's and also offer 1:1 tuition. I am passionate about inspiring young people to enjoy English and derive value and meaning from their studies. Whether I am in a private school or a Pupil Referral Unit for students with challenging behaviour, I consistently engage, inspire and develop excellence.

Experience and Qualifications
I have extensive experience in education, including a leadership role as Head of English, where I designed curricula to instill a passion for learning.
As an SEMH Tutor, I provided one-on-one English tutoring with a child-centered approach, successfully re-engaging students and nurturing their enthusiasm for education.
In my capacity as a private English tutor, I delivered personalised lessons for GCSE and A-Level students, concentrating on enhancing their confidence and improving their academic performance.
Additionally, my background encompasses managing classrooms, employing innovative strategies, and providing pastoral care across various schools.
